What is Bodybility?
BODYBILITY = BODY MOBILITY = BODY ABILITY
It is a no-equipment movement trend that is inspired by Yoga, Mobility, Primal Movement, Locomotion, Animal Patterns, Floorwork and Frame Up. Yes – that is a lot! What can I say – many people and trends inspire me greatly!
We create movement flows where we dive into powerful and dynamic joints-involving loops, spinal mobility, body spirals and levels, body weight workouts and elements of acrobatics such as shoulder stands, shoulder rolls, handstands and many variations of leg work.
You will use your joints to the fullest range. You will strengthen and mobilise shoulder & pelvic girdle. You will become more flexible and toned. You will allow your body to adopt to coordinated movements and prevent injuries. You will be faster, stronger and by training with me you will raise your confidence!
