Influenced by teachers, peers and the environment, I aim to bring a unique sense of empowerment to my classes.
Through a combination of techniques and adequate training methods, my goal is to have each of my students leave the class feeling strong, empowered, refreshed, and stress-free. Three words to describe me are: motivated, energetic, and approachable. I love to support and inspire people from all walks of life, and bring the best out of them through passionate training, counselling, and simple life teachings based on Yogi and Warrior principles.
Whether you're looking to gain flexibility, tone up, or improve your general wellbeing, I can guarantee you a solid plan to reach your yoga goals.
With intelligently assembled sections of slow and controlled movements designed to improve mobility, agility, flexibility and strength, my yoga classes focus on having you gain muscular strength, cardiovascular stamina, as well as joint mobility.
I am certified as a yoga instructor from multiple institutions, including the YMCA Fitness Industry Training and the International Alliance of Holistic Therapists, among others.

In the era of remote working, increasing our mobility can become a challenge. It remains however paramount to make frequent mobilization a priority.
Mobility training helps to improve your range of motion within your shoulders, neck, hips, hamstrings, lower back, and more. The goal is to prevent injury to your body and develop longevity for healthy joints over time.
I have obtained a certification in Mobility and Body Awareness in 2023 through the Academy of Training Coaches of Sport, and use all my learning to provide you with the best service to improve your mobility.

Budokon integrates martial arts, yoga, mobility, calisthenics and animal crawling patterns, and was created in 2001 by founder Cameron Shayne.
The training I promote focuses on mixed movement transitions to help you achieve a full range of motion. The goal is to fluidly transition through five primary body positions: Upright, Prone, Supine, Sidebody, and Inverted.
I have obtained certifications as a Budokon Yoga Instructor in March 2023, and Mobility Instructor in November 2023, by the Budokon Mixed Movements Arts University.
